Happy Easter!

What a wonderful Easter we had!!!

First, we went to church and celebrated Jesus' resurrection. Then we went to the hospital to visit Great Grandmom ("Big Grandmom" to Micah). She has not been feeling well at all, but she seemed so glad to see the boys.
Then, it was off to the event that Micah had been asking about all week: THE BABY CHICKS!! Grandma has a friend who lives out in the country, and they just had some baby chicks hatch, so she asked if Micah would like to come and see them. When he heard that on Easter he would get to see baby chicks and hunt eggs with candy in them, he could hardly wait. Each morning he woke up asking if we could "go to Easter?"

Micah was a little unsure when he first saw the chicks, and slowly touched one on the head.

Tyler, on the other hand, was a go getter and couldn't hardly wait to get ahold of one of those chicks.

After that, the boys took a nap, then we had a nice Easter dinner and the egg hunt at Grandmom and Poopah's house. Micah had so much fun, and each time he found an egg, he would run to it and say "WWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW!!" and pick it up, put it in his Easter basket and then say "LET"S GET ANOTHER ONE!!"
